Referrals

Refer a client. Share the fee.

Know a company that needs to hire? Introduce them to Altius Recruiting Group. When we make a placement with a client you referred, we share the placement fee directly with you: up to $10,000 per successful referral.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the company, the decision maker and the roles they need help with.
  2. We reach out and start working their open roles.
  3. When we make a placement, we share the fee with you, up to $10,000.
